AutomaizeIT is the brand under which Mateusz Mierzejewski – an e-commerce consultant – runs B2B services and original applications for businesses.

Career path

Mateusz has been working in online sales since his computer science studies, when he realised he was more interested in strategy and sales optimisation than programming alone. He ran his own online store on a dropshipping model, using his technical background to automate the product catalogue, among other things. He also worked as an e-commerce manager, responsible for data analysis, the customer buying experience, process automation and advertising campaigns.

How the work is done

The collaboration is based on a few principles:

• Decisions are based on data, not just ideas – the accuracy of measurement is checked first.
• Profit takes priority over turnover growth alone.
• Changes are introduced in stages, so the effect of each one can be assessed.

Scope of work

Current work covers Google Ads campaigns for online stores as well as for service businesses and restaurants, Allegro Ads campaigns, remote management of the e-commerce channel, business and marketing audits and on-site SEO audits, team training, AI implementations, and building websites, online stores and business applications – described in detail in the services pricing.

Where we work

Work is carried out remotely – with businesses in Poland and other countries. On-site meetings are possible in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region of Poland. Applications can be bought online – also from other EU countries and from outside the EU.
