Content: Accessibility statement
Draft – requires legal review before publication. Items marked “to be completed” will be filled in once confirmed by the Seller.
AutomaizeIT wants the website to be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, regardless of the device and assistive technologies they use.
Commitment
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA and the harmonised standard EN 301 549. The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) is implemented in Poland by the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services, applicable since 28 June 2025.
Conformance status
The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA – [to be completed after an accessibility audit]. This assessment is based on self-assessment and automated tests of selected pages; a full audit involving users of assistive technologies is planned.
Measures in place
- a “Skip to content” link at the start of every page,
- a semantic structure of headings and landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer),
- keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator,
- text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers,
- core functions work without JavaScript,
- a layout adapted to screens from 360 px wide, without horizontal scrolling,
- reduced animation when the “reduce motion” system setting is enabled.
Known limitations
- Application interface previews are illustrations, not screenshots – their content is not conveyed to screen readers.
- Wide tables (e.g. pricing, the list in the cookie policy) may require horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- The website does not yet provide information in sign language or easy-to-read text.
- [to be completed after the audit].
Reporting problems and alternative formats
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format (e.g. plain text instead of a table), write to kontakt@automaizeit.com or call +48 501 343 343. Please give the page address and describe the problem. We will reply without undue delay [to be completed: response time].
Scope of the obligation
The Polish accessibility act does not apply to services provided by microenterprises. Provider status: [to be completed – whether the provider is a microenterprise under the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law]. Regardless of any exemption, we apply the accessibility measures above.
Date
This statement was prepared on 11 September 2026 based on self-assessment; it will be updated after the audit and after any significant change to the website.
