These terms set out the rules for using the AutomaizeIT website (the Website) and the services provided on it by electronic means, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. The sale of Applications is governed by the separate Terms of sale.
§ 1. Service provider
The service provider is [to be completed: full legal business name], [to be completed: registered address], tax ID (NIP) [to be completed: tax ID (NIP)], REGON [to be completed: REGON number], EU VAT number [to be completed: EU VAT number], registered in: [to be completed: business register (CEIDG or KRS)]. Contact: e-mail kontakt@automaizeit.com, phone +48 501 343 343, Contact form. Full provider details are given in the Legal notice.
§ 2. Types and scope of services
The provider offers the following services free of charge:
- Browsing the Website – access to descriptions of services, applications, pricing, the knowledge base and documents, including downloading legal documents in Markdown format and printing them.
- Contact form – lets you send a message to the provider (name, e-mail, phone, company, subject, message). The message is stored in the Website's admin panel and forwarded to the provider by e-mail.
- Order form – lets you place an Order for an Application under the Terms of sale.
- Withdrawal function – an online form for submitting a statement of withdrawal from a contract concluded on the Website; a confirmation is shown on screen and sent by e-mail.
- Subscription page – available via a personal link in an e-mail; shows the Subscription status and lets you renew (“Renew now”) or cancel renewals.
- Customer Account – a free account opened for an e-mail address confirmed by an activation link. The Account gives access to Orders and their status, licences and Licence keys together with download links, Subscriptions (end date of the prepaid period, price of the next renewal, cancelling renewals), requests and complaints, the statements made and the document versions accepted, the list of active sessions and the Account settings. The rules for the Account, including its deletion, are set out in § 4 of the Terms of sale.
- Requests and complaints in the Account – a form for submitting a request in one of the following categories: comment, bug, suggestion or complaint, with a view of its status and history.
The Website has no newsletter and sends no commercial communications without separate consent.
§ 3. Technical requirements
- To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting HTML5 and CSS.
- JavaScript is optional – the Website works without it. Some conveniences (e.g. the price preview in the order form or the consent settings window) require JavaScript.
- To place an Order, open an Account and sign in, essential cookies (form protection and the Account session) must be accepted and you need an active e-mail address. Details: Cookie policy.
§ 4. Concluding and terminating the service contract
- The contract for browsing the Website is concluded when you open the Website and terminates when you leave it.
- The contract for the contact form or the Withdrawal function is concluded when the form is sent and terminates when a reply is given or receipt of the statement is confirmed.
- The contract for the Customer Account is concluded for an indefinite period when the e-mail address is confirmed. You may terminate it at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, by deleting the Account. Deleting the Account does not delete documents the provider is required to keep – see § 4 of the Terms of sale and the Privacy policy.
- You may stop using the Website at any time by closing the page. The provider may stop providing services, block access or block an Account if the Website is used unlawfully or contrary to these terms – on the conditions, and with the right of appeal, set out in § 4(11) of the Terms of sale.
§ 5. Rules of use
- Users must not provide unlawful content, in particular content infringing third parties' personal rights or copyright, misleading content, malware or unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Actions disrupting the Website, including mass automated form submissions and automated sign-in attempts, are prohibited. The Website uses anti-abuse measures, including limits on the number of submissions and sign-in attempts.
- You should keep your Account password safe and not share it with third parties. Changing the password invalidates all active Account sessions.
- Particular risks of using electronic services include malware, phishing and impersonation of well-known organisations. The provider never asks for passwords or card details by e-mail; payments are made only on the payment operator's page.
§ 6. Complaints about electronic services
- Complaints about how the Website or the Account works can be submitted via the request form in the Account, by e-mail to kontakt@automaizeit.com or via the Contact form, stating the problem, when it occurred and an address for the reply.
- The provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the e-mail address given in the complaint.
- Complaints concerning an Application (rather than the Website) are handled under § 13 of the Terms of sale.
§ 7. Personal data and cookies
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies in the Cookie policy.
§ 8. Final provisions
- The provider may change these terms for important reasons (changes in the law, changes in the scope of services, security). A change takes effect on the date stated on this page, no earlier than 7 days after publication [to be confirmed]. Users who hold an Account are notified of changes by e-mail.
- Matters not covered are governed by Polish law. These terms do not limit consumers' rights under mandatory provisions.
- Version 1.1 of these terms applies from 20 September 2026.
Version 1.1 of 20 September 2026 – final version. The previous version 1.0 applied until 19 September 2026. Version 1.1 adds the Customer Account, requests and complaints submitted through the Account, and the rules for terminating the Account contract.
