A one-off licence is paid once, with no billing periods. A subscription (monthly or annual) is prepaid: it includes updates and support, and before the period ends you receive an e-mail with a payment link for the next period – no automatic charges. The price of the next period may differ – you are told the new price before renewal, and renewal happens only with your express consent; if you do not agree, the subscription simply ends when the prepaid period expires, with no penalties. Where the licence is supplied immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ceases to apply only if all three conditions are met: you expressly request that supply begin before the period expires, you acknowledge the loss of that right, and we provide a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium – which we send before releasing the key. Regardless of this, you can always complain about a lack of conformity with the contract: a faulty key, unavailable licence verification, missing announced updates or a mismatch with the description. You are then entitled to repair, a price reduction or withdrawal, and for subscriptions to a proportionate refund for the period of non-conformity. No – our applications require a permanent internet connection throughout their use, because they verify the licence on our server every 30 seconds. A brief loss of connection does not stop the application immediately: only once about 2.5 minutes pass without a response from the licence server does the application suspend its functions, resuming them automatically once the connection is restored – with no need to restart it or re-enter the key. The licence is bound to a single computer (based on hashes of the system identifier and network card addresses); you can move it to another computer yourself in your account no more than once every 30 days, or more often by contacting us.
