How much does Google Ads and Allegro Ads management cost – what's in the fee, and what's the ad budget

Short answer

Google Ads management for an online store costs from PLN 1,500 net per month, from PLN 1,000 net per month for service businesses and restaurants, and running Allegro Ads campaigns and promotions costs from PLN 750 net per month. That's the management fee – the ad budget you spend on Google or Allegro is paid separately, directly to the platform's account.

Two separate costs

Advertising campaigns always involve two separate costs:

  • The management fee – a fixed monthly amount, independent of how much you spend on ads.
  • The ad budget – the amount you pay directly to Google Ads or to promote listings on Allegro.

This separation matters in practice: the management fee doesn't automatically grow with the ad budget, so there's no incentive to inflate ad spend artificially.

What each channel's management costs

  • Google Ads for e-commerce – from PLN 1,500 net per month. Covers text, product campaigns based on Google Merchant Center, display and Performance Max.
  • Google Ads for services and restaurants – from PLN 1,000 net per month. Covers text, display and smart campaigns, matched to a sales model based on phone calls, forms or bookings.
  • Allegro Ads – from PLN 750 net per month for running campaigns and listing promotions.
  • Remote e-commerce manager – from PLN 3,000 net per month, if you need someone accountable for the result of the whole sales channel, not just the campaigns themselves.

The final price in each case depends on the size of your catalog, the number of sales channels, and the state of your current campaigns and analytics – which is why the price list shows “from” amounts.

Terms of collaboration

Collaboration has no annual lock-in – a one-month notice period applies. You receive a results report every month, in business terms, not just the advertising platform's own metrics. The first call, where goals and the current situation are discussed, is free.

What is the notice period? A one-month notice period applies, with no annual lock-in.

What the start of the collaboration looks like

Whichever channel you choose, the starting path looks similar:

  1. A free call to agree on campaign goals.
  2. Setting up or auditing the existing ad account (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center or Allegro Ads).
  3. Launching or reorganizing campaigns according to the agreed scope.
  4. Ongoing optimization and a monthly report in business terms.

If you're not sure which channel to choose, or want to first check how sales and campaigns currently look in your business, an alternative is a one-off business and marketing analysis (e-commerce audit) – an independent assessment of sales channels, campaigns, the buying journey and processes, ending with a document of recommendations.
